From its humble beginnings, La Arepera du Plateau has become a cornerstone of Venezuelan gastronomy in Montreal. Since 2011, it has proudly celebrated the region's rich culinary traditions with its delicious gluten-free dishes, earning a devoted following.

A Shared Tradition​
Born from the culinary heritage of Venezuela and Colombia, arepas and empanadas share a common origin in ground corn. Arepas, grilled and filled, and empanadas, folded and fried, embody the heart and soul of a culture that values flavor, tradition, and community.
